Phil has spent over a decade developing his knowledge and experience. Phil is the author of The Diabetic Muscle & Fitness Guide – the world’s best-selling book on diabetes and fitness which is published all over the world.

The book has been titled a ‘Game Changer’ by many leading diabetic healthcare professionals. Phil is followed by thousands of people living with diabetes and many health care specialists from all around the world, which continues to grow on a daily basis.

Phil educates thousands of personal trainers each year through his public seminars, workshops and keynotes at some of the world’s most respected health and fitness exhibitions.
